A secret organization has a mission to save the world from evil power. What they do is executing the most notorious criminals. Amanda Walker, the leader of this organization is given the task to find the right team to hunt and eliminate the terrorist intimidating the whole city of Midway. She turns into the most unusual place: Belle Rive Penitentiary, the high security prison for worst criminals. With the help of Colonel Rick Flag, she recruited talents of criminals to join her team with the reward of free from the prison.
The team dubbed as Task Force X has unique members: Deadshot the sniper, Joker’s ex-girlfriend Harley Quinn, El Diablo the pyrokinetic, opportunistic thief Captain Boomerang, cannibal monster Killer Croc, and Slipknot the assassin. Later joining the team is June Moone, an archaeologist possessed by Enchantress god of magic, and Katana, Colonel Flag’s guardsman. The Task Force X is sent to Midway to find and hunt the terrorist intimidating the city. While they are there they meet with Joker, who makes everything even worse. Members of Task Force X is working hard to eliminate the terrorist while also trying everything to get free from the bomb implanted on their neck, ready to detonate in case they are trying to escape the mission.
As they reveal Enchantress is the one behind all terrors, their mission becomes even harder. Even worst they find that Waller is the key person behind the research causing Moone possessed by Enchantress. The squat’s mission changes into another mission. Under Flag, they are looking for the best way to eliminate Enchantress and Waller. After many failed attempts, including the ones took life the squat’s member, the squat able to trap Enchantress and Waller in subway station. As they failed to drown and destroy those two, Quinn stabbed Enchantress on the heart freeing Moone from the curse.
The Complete plot:
Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) is a secret agent of government officer. She wants to make a secret project by using dangerous criminals to help the goverment to fight the terrorist. It’s like criminals fight criminals. As treturn these criminals will get a chance to reduce their sentences. At first noone would agree with this idea, because it’s too risky to let the dangerous prisoners go out from their prisons.
Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman) and Amanda Waller want to recruit Deadshot (Will Smith), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), El Diablo (Jay Hernandez), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye), and the witch Enchantress to work as a team.
Deadshot has the ability to shoot his target with no miss, before arrested he works to the elite people as a hit man, although he has a cruel job he always love his daughter and never want to hurt her. Harley Quinn was a psychiatrist he nurse Joker (Jared Leto) then she falls in love with him and turns into a weird person. She is accomplice to the murder of Robin. Both of Deadshot and Harley Quinn were caught by Batman. Captain Boomerang robed every bank in Australia and it was his first time in America to rob his new target. He never works with anyone. El Diablo, a fire bender, murdered many people by his fire, he gave himself to the police after he killed his wife and his children, he never use his power after that. Killer Croc has a form like a monster and it makes people treat him like a monster. And the last one is the witch, Enchantress who’s possessing June Moone (Clara Delevingne) body. June is an archeologist, one day she come to a wrong cave and found a statue then she opened it, it was a seal to a witch spirit. Then the witch’s possess June’s body. Amanda can control the witch because she has Enchantress’ heart and will destroy the hearts if Enchantress doesn’t listen to what her say.
Amanda’s plan was ruined, Enchantress run away and release her brother to help her to take her hearth back. With her brother she builds a huge power. In the end Amanda and Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman) forming the team without the witch in it. The team first mision is to take down the witch, Enchantress, a supernatural figure who can time travel and zip through space and manipulate metal and all kinds of impressive, dangerous skills. Rick Flagg is not really interest in the idea of Amanda Walker for creating this criminals squad he just want to save his gilfriend June Moone who is possessed by the ancient Enchantress.
Everyone in the team has injected with a tiny bomb on their neck to prevent them from escaping or doing something that will harm Rick Flagg. If they lose the mission they will die, if they win the mission they will get a chance to reduce their sentences. The team call themselves as Suicide Squad, because doing the mission is like doing suicide for them.
Joker (Jared Leto) tries to save his girl, Harley from prison. Harley called Joker when she’s on the way to the location of the mission to take down the Enchantress. In the middle of battlefield, Joker shows up and takes Harley with him but Amanda stops him. Joker’s helicopter is fired and it explodes. Joker push Harley away and Harley was safe from the explosion, she thinks Joker is gone with the explosion then she’s reunite again with the Suicide Squad to complete the mission.
They lose their faith in Rick as the Deadshot finds out it’s all about Rick’s girl. They split up from Rick. The Suicide Squad goes to the bar and talk about themselves. Then Rick comes to them and talks with them, after that everyone change their mind and decide to complete the mission again.
They talk about their plans and make a good team work to take down the Enchantress. Rick was told by Enchantress that June will never back again to life even after she’s being killed. It’s really hard for Rick, but he takes the risk. In the end the Suicide Squade succeed the mission and June’s back to life.
